Yes, of course there ARE rules when commissioning Nyx, this is primarily for their comfort. This is also to make sure that they are paid fairly and you, the commissioner, don't get scammed out of the art you paid for.Before commissioning them, please do reach out on Twitter, Tumblr, or Discord. This is so that you can talk with them about what you're looking for and are charged appropriately. This is important to them, they don't want to sell you something that isn't what you were looking for. Nor do they want to end up stressing themself sick trying to figure out what you're looking for.If you do end up commissioning them, thank you. Please have any references for the character[s] that you wish to have art done of ready as you will be asked for them up front. Of course that will be a little different if you are asking for a character to be designed, that will be explained further on the references page!

I do my best to meet expectations, however I also know that not everything comes out as intended. If something happens, please do let me know.I do refunds, however I need to be paid for my time. If you request a refund on a piece that I have already started, you will only get half of your deposit.If you have ordered, I haven't started, and you request a refund I will give you your entire deposit back.Please be aware all prices on my page and adoptable sheets are in USD and I can only accept payment via PayPal! I would prefer if you let me send you an invoice so there is a paper trail on both ends, but you can send a deposit without an invoice after we talk about what you're wanting from me.If I find that you have broken my T.O.S. then;
I will not do art for you going forward, you will be completely blacklisted from my comms/adopts/trades.
If you attempt to resell my design for a higher price without putting work into it, I will take back the design and refund half the money you spent on it.

Yes I do! However that will change the price of a piece/ref.
When ordering a character design, I need any and all information/references so I know what you're looking for in a design.
Character designs may take more time than a regular commission as I put a lot of time and effort into my designs.

What if I don't claim a design?

If a new design is finished and not claimed, I will refund half of your deposit and sell the character design separately as an adoptable.
